FESTIVAL PURPOSE:

• This chicken-wings festival and cook-off is a fundraiser for the 501(c)3 nonprofit, Gifting Grace Project, which supports homeless and vulnerable children in the community. Money raised by this event will support their efforts in providing essential resources, support services and community advocacy for these children and youth in need. 

DATE. TIME. PLACE

• Date: May 16th, 2026
• Event is 10am – 4pm. Setup is from 6am – 9am and Tear down begins 4:30pm – 7pm. 
• Location: Parc International in Downtown Lafayette, Louisiana – Address: 200 Garfield St., Lafayette, LA 70501

WAYS TO PARTICIPATE:

• Vendor Registration Fee is $150. This is Non-Refundable or Transferable.
• A TOTAL of 7 Dessert Vendors will be allowed to register for the Event.
• Vendors can begin setup at 6:30 am and must be in place by 9am.
• Booth space will be approximately 10’ X 10’. Tent’s or coverings are strongly encouraged. Must have at least 25lb weights on all 4 corners.
• Vendors are allowed to keep 100% of the profits made at the event. We will accept donations for the fundraiser if the Vendor so chooses.
• Vendors are strongly encouraged to promote the event and invite their followers and customers to attend and participate.
• We will work diligently to not have duplicate items sold at the event by Vendors.
• No competing food, apparel, drinkware, etc is allowed to be sold by Vendors. This will be determined on a case by case basis.
• All monies and in-kind donations given to the event is considered a tax deductible charitable contribution. Please speak with your CPA and Tax Expert about your expenses.
• Only 1 Vendor per booth.
• No refunds will be given due to failure to comply with WWA Festival Rules and Guidelines.
• Prices of items must be clearly stated and price haggling is strictly forbidden.
• Vendors will provide ALL that they are in need of including ice, tables, chairs, tent, sanitation supplies, etc. Don’t forget to bring an extension cord.
• Vendors can start tearing down at 4:30 PM. NO EARLIER.

By submitting this application, the Vendor/participant is agreeing to the following rules:
Vendor must be present on the day of the festival. The Vendor must not consume alcohol while on duty. No handguns, firearms or weapons are allowed in Parc International. The Wing Wars of Acadiana Committee reserves the right to refuse or eject any person from the festival for violation of any rules, local, state, or federal laws or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, dangerous, or offensive. The Vendor and its participants shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Wing Wars of Acadiana Festival, Gifting Grace Project, Inc. and any of its officers and members from and against any and all liability, loss, injury, damages, and/or claims, of any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by a participant and/or property.
