Release of Liability

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the child/children named below, hereby acknowledge that participation in activities such as bounce houses, inflatables, physical games, and other recreational activities organized by Gifting Grace Project, Inc. may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of personal injury, property damage, or death.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s/children's participation in these activities, whether known or unknown, and I hereby release and hold harmless Gifting Grace Project, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, event partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by my child/children or myself in connection with participation in any such activities.

I certify that my child/children is in good physical health and able to participate in these activities. I understand and acknowledge that Gifting Grace Project, Inc. does not provide medical insurance for participants. In the event of an emergency, I authorize the staff and volunteers of the organization to secure emergency medical treatment for my child.

PHOTO / VIDEO RELEASE

I also grant permission to Gifting Grace Project to take and use photographs, video recordings, or digital images of my child/children during the event for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes, including use in print, online, and social media platforms. I waive any right to compensation and understand that these images may be used without further notification or permission.
